We plan for your event through direct communication with you.
For your event, we provide
all setup, forms, personnel, and equipment.
When preparing for taping an event, we arrange to meet with you in
advance of the event to discuss the performance space, taping angles, layout of
the DVD, etc. We arrive at your event
well in advance to set up our equipment, adjust lighting/sound, etc. We tape from three different angles, using
high-quality 3-chip digital video cameras.
We then combine the best of each angle into one, providing a variety of
shots, featuring individuals and the groups as a whole.
The final production is mixed with titles,
music (as needed), and credits, and is produced onto a DVD. Since the project is digital from start to
finish, there is no loss in quality from taping to production. The final DVD is packaged with on-disc
printing in a DVD case with a custom, full-color logo and design that we will
setup with you.
We will create and provide
in advance the order forms for the DVDs.
It can be setup that you can take orders or they can be mailed directly
to us. Also, we can include
direct-to-customer shipping, so you do not have to handle any delivery.
