A Video Memory Book preserves important and meaningful events from your group in a digital video format. We take your photographs; add text, scenery, and graphics where necessary; add background music from our vast library; and create a video that gives your pictures a whole new meaning. A Video Memory Book is truly a unique way of blending your photos to keep your memories alive!

A Video Memory Book is the perfect way for any member of your group to preserve his or her memories. Besides sharing it with family and friends, it is also perfect for future generations, who can continue to cherish these memories for years to come. Your members will all feel like they contributed to this program, as you can ask for submissions of their favorite photographs. It can also be used as a great recruitment tool! You can even have videos made for administrators (schools) and leaders to promote the successes of your programs!

Why should you participate in the Video Memory Book program?

How does the program work, and what services are included?

Participation in the Video Memory Book program is easy! We want to make participating in this program as easy as possible and beneficial for your group!

If you decide to participate in the program, we will send you an enrollment form and instructions. After receiving this information, we will send you a kit, which includes all of the forms and information you need to make your project a success, including order forms, tally sheets, and flyers. We also provide tips and guidelines for selecting pictures.

After gathering orders and compiling pictures, you then submit the pictures and orders to us. We will scan your photographs and clean them up as necessary, including red-eye reduction. We will compile your photographs, text and graphics (as necessary), and music from our large royalty-free library. We will then produce your custom video for you! Typical processing and delivery time is 3-4 weeks, but rush processing is available!

We want to participate in this program. What do we need to do to get started?

Send us an e-mail, give us a call, or download and complete our enrollment form. Upon receipt of your enrollment form, we'll get started on your project! If you have any questions or concerns, we will answer them for you. Our goal is to produce a high-quality, unique product for you and we want you to be completely satisfied!

To allow time to gather pictures and orders, we suggest contacting us at least 2 months prior to the date by which you would like your videos completed. Typical processing and delivery is 3-4 weeks from when we receive your photos and orders. Rush processing is available.
