Set to a musical background selected to match the theme of your photos, your photos will become one seamless story instead of merely separate images. Pictures let you see your memories. Putting your memories on DVD lets you enjoy your memories in a very special way! These high-quality productions are put on DVD so that you can keep your precious memories for years to come! Videotapes are optional, and can be selected at time of ordering.

Putting your memories on DVD is easy!  Just follow these four easy steps:

1) SELECT PICTURES - Gather pictures that you would like to include. Standard video packages include up to 50 pictures (30 pictures for funeral videos), but can include as many photos as you would like.

2) SORT PICTURES - The easiest method to sort your pictures is in chronological (date) order. You may also choose to sort your photos by theme or event, or place them in a varied order. Once you have your pictures sorted, either mark their order by placing numbers (or numbered sticky notes) on the backs of the photos or complete a Picture Inventory Sheet (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and submit it with your photos.

You may also choose to add video clips to your Memory Keepsake Video for an additional cost. See the order form for pricing and the Submission Guidelines for types of video that may be submitted.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to time constraints, video may not be added to DVDs that are being produced when the materials are submitted less than one week before the required date. If you are planning for your event in advance, you may consider adding video to your final product.

3) GATHER ADDITIONAL MATERIALS - You can select music, quotes, Scripture verses, etc., to include in your DVD. You can list most of these items on the order form. If you have a special song you would like to include, we can include that in your video! Click here for music submission guidelines and copyright requirements.  If you do not have any specific requests, we will select an appropriate musical soundtrack from our vast library of music that will match the theme of your video. NOTE: Music selection is not available for funeral videos.

4) COMPLETE ORDER FORM AND TURN IN MATERIALS - Select the order form for the type of DVD you are ordering. It is EXTREMELY important that you select the correct order form, as prices vary based on type of video and time frame for completion. Follow the submission instructions on the order form to get your materials to us.

THAT'S IT!

We will then scan and enhance your photographs, and then arrange them (based on your specifications) into "chapters". After adding a musical soundtrack to match your photographs, we will produce your DVD!

Final videos can range from 5-30 minutes in length, depending on the number of photos provided and optional services you may choose to add. Your final DVDwill be delivered in custom, professional packaging to you!

There are many factors that can affect the length and cost of your DVD. The three major factors that will affect the cost are the type of video you are having created, options you may add (i.e. video, additional pictures, additional music, etc.), and the timetable for creation.

Be sure you select photos that are clear and in good condition. If you would like to include photos that will need restoration, there may be an additional charge. You will be notified if this is the case. Your photos will be scanned and enhanced, then set to music. Please note that your finished DVD will include a professional package and disc menu, including chapters.
