INFORMATION ON ORDERING YOUR MEMORIES ON DVD

Putting together your DVD is easy! Just follow and complete these steps, and we'll get started on your video!

1. Complete the Order Form for the type of DVD you are ordering (please EMAIL us and the correct order form will be sent to you for completion).

2. Gather together the photographs, video, and music you will need for your video. Keep in mind the hints given on the pictures selection page.

3. Package your items together and send them to us (or deliver them). Make sure you complete the section of the order form with the date you need your video completed by. This will ensure we return your finished video to you in time. If you are sending us materials, make sure they are securely packaged in padded material. We suggest purchasing postal insurance. 4. If we have not spoken to you before receiving your materials, someone will contact you to speak to you about your video and make sure we are "on the same page" with your video. We want to make this video special and an accurate representation of what you are looking for.

5. We will then compile and complete your DVD based on your requests, order form, and submitted materials. We will then return your completed DVD along with your original materials to you by your requested deadline. Turnaround time on standard videos is 2-3 weeks. One-week turnaround is available for an additional fee. Payment for your video will be due within 30 days of receipt of your completed package.
